If you're using our Services for an organization, you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Termination

You're free to stop using our Services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you're not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others' use of the Services. Except for Paid Accounts, we reserve the right to terminate and delete your account if you haven't accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months. We'll of course provide you with notice via the email address associated with your account before we do so.

We strive to provide great Services, but there are certain things that we can't guarantee. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSEORDER AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some countries don't allow the disclaimers in this paragraph, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we exclude and disclaims all warranties, terms, conditions and representations that might otherwise be implied by law in relation to the services and websites. In particular we does not represent or warrant that the Services will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. You must take your own precautions in this respect.

We does not accept liability for any failure to maintain the Services.

We shall not be liable, under these Terms for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Services may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Services.

We shall not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your actions or inactions based on the Services. However, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights, and nothing in these Terms shall exclude our liability for:

(a)death or personal injury arising through negligence;

(b)fraudulent misrepresentation; and/or

(c)anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by us under English law.

Indemnity
You agree to compensate use and applicable third parties in full from and against all third party claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered by such persons arising out of, or related to or which may arise from Your Content and/or any breach by you of any term of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any matter or dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts formed by these Terms shall be construed in English. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws relating to the use of or otherwise connected with the Services. To the extent that the Services or any activity contemplated by them would infringe any law of a jurisdiction other than England, then you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services or attempting to carry on any such offending activity and this provision shall override all other provisions of these Terms.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you (by, for example, sending a message to the email address associated with your account, posting on our blog or on this page). By continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
